The Observation of Idiots

If you are an idiot, do not read past this point. Here is an entertaining picture of a cat.

The rest of you may continue...

My Versa, God rest her soul, after an idiot killed her by dodging a brake check from a large truck.

This morning an idiot merged on top of me, which made me unreasonably angry. I angrily shouted at them, waved my arms in anger, and honked my horn in angry mode, scaring the idiot enough that he fell back about 100 yards from my position on the highway.

Maybe it's PTSD from the accident in the above picture, but ever since then I have a chip on my shoulder when it comes to stupid behavior. Not so much because I think I'm better in any way than the stupid, mouth breathing idiotic idiots of the world... hmmm, that sounded like maybe I do think I'm better than some people. I should remove this part, but because I wish people wanted better for themselves.

I believe that within every person exists the capacity for greatness, which is also to say that within every person exists the capacity for abject stupidity. Hey! I think I've just stumbled upon a great book idea! I'm putting it here as a placeholder so that in the future I can look back on this post and remember this idea. This also serves as a date stamp for the idea so I can call someone out if they steal the idea. Only idiots steal ideas because their idiot selves aren't capable of original thought... That's interesting, isn't it? So many great ideas have been commandeered by folks who are perfectly capable of developing those ideas. And if they themselves are capable of developing someone else's idea, why not just come up with their own great idea? Laziness?

It will be a classic hardcover with distinctive lettering reading: The Observation of Idiots. It will contain Audubon style illustrations of idiots in their natural habitats, such as highway merge lanes, shopping malls, concerts, department stores, and sporting events, and theme parks as well as descriptions of each classification of idiot and their associated behaviors.

This could be a thing!
