Skinny Jeans

A rant I posted on a friend's facebook post begging worship leaders to stop wearing skinny

jeans. Obviously he was being sarcastic, but folks start spitting hate at him for attacking skinny jeans, which is hilarious. I posted the following sarcasm in his defense:

Scripture actually speaks against Skinny Jeans - “A woman shall not wear a man's garment, nor shall a man put on a woman's cloak, for whoever does these things is an abomination to the Lord your God." -Deut 22:5

Historically a Man's garment worn for work purposes (Jeans), but taken and adapted to a Woman's figure (Women wearing a man's garment), and then adopted by tiny men who actually got into the fad by wearing WOMENS JEANS (A MAN WEARING A WOMAN'S CLOAK!! Only then did skinny jeans become available for men! 



It's right there IN SCRIPTURE! AN ABOMINATION! HOW CAN WORSHIP LEADERS LEAD US INTO THE PRESENCE WHILE WEARING AN ABOMINATION TO THE LORD OUR GOD!!!!?
