My most favorite call for help ever

I'm a tech guy. I work on computers all day and support around 50 users in our main office, and 40 or
so more in our international offices. I stay pretty busy.

From time to time I get a call or an email that makes me laugh, and since I'm not feeling particularly creative today I thought I would share one of those conversations with you. Keep in mind, this is an email from a professional, asking IT for help.

Here's the email in question:
Subject: HELP!
Message: I cannot send emails. Please help. 


It actually took me a second to realize that this was an email asking for help because this user couldn't send email. They thought the best way to tell me that they were unable to send email was to send me an email about it. So I replied.

Subject: RE: HELP!
Message: Okay, it should be working now.

This was my way of testing the water to see if there actually was a problem. Maybe they couldn't receive email either. If so, hopefully the individual would email me back to let me know that he was not able to receive the reply email he just read.

Here's the reply I got:
Subject: RE: RE: HELP!
Message: Excellent. Thank you!


Well... I guess I fixed it then.
